Eating too much foods that have a high glycemic index will create a satisfaction of being “full” for only a short period of time and is also followed be a lack of energy or the feeling of being tired. On this diet, eating foods with a low glycemic index will help increase the feeling of being “full” and also give you more energy. You can mix low gi foods with hi gi foods since this will bring down the entire gi scale for the food you have eaten throughout the day. This easy diet is flexible and allows a person to eat many types of food, just eat according to the gi of the food

This diet amongst the thousands of other easy diets is molded, shaped into what you like and what you dislike. This type of diet reflects you as a person and satisfies your needs for food and for health. This is an easy diet that you, yourself, have to plan which makes this the easy diet that everyone tends to be looking for. Maybe you like eating frozen foods or eat a lot of fast food, which is OKAY as long as it’s in moderation and divided throughout the day. So let’s say someone gets a number one from a popular fast food restaurant, hold on a second. You don’t have to eat all of that right now; you can divide it and make it into two or three meals. Remember there is probably around 1000 calories in a single fast food meal, if you divide it into two, that makes it 500 for two meals and into 333 calories if divided into 3. Always try to have six meals per day, this helps speed up your metabolism and creates easier planning when you want to exercise.
