Easy Diets: Losing Weight Quick and Easy Review

Easy Diets: Lose Weight Quick and Easy?
Many have been dumbfounded by this idea to lose weight easily and staying healthy while on different easy diets, since many have tried numerous amount of crash diets and plans. Many of the plans would of worked for them, but I'm betting many have gave up at not even the half way point. So I'm going to make a checklist that anyone that wants to lose weight can do. Remember that persistence is key here, if you follow this checklist and let it become a habit - you WILL lose weight easily and this is an easy diet that anyone can follow.

- First and foremost, you have to do some sort of strength training. Get some dumbells or a resistant band and workout three times a week. Make sure you target three body parts for every different day. (ie. Monday: chest, triceps, and back|Wednesday: shoulders, biceps, abs| etc etc.
- Make sure you drink a lot of water, you don't want to dehydrate in the middle of your strength and cardiovascular workouts.
- Try to intake 1g of protein per lean body weight. This might be hard, but it is much easier with some protein shakes.
- You can eat WHATEVER you want, just know to limit and spread it out in portions.
- Adjust your food intake so that the desired rate of weight change is maintained. Also remember the key to losing weight easily is to eat healthy, this is pretty much as easy as an easy diet can get.
- Your weight change should be adjusted accordingly, around 2-4 lbs per week.

Easy Diets: Losing Weight Management

- Weigh yourself every two weeks, always make sure to do it at the same time.
- DO NOT WORRY about not losing weight during certain weeks, your results will come. Just reduce the amount of food your eating - reduce calories.
- Always lessen the amount of food you intake gradually per week, so you don't have those cravings that will just delay you to your goals.

Remember that if you're losing weight, that you have to keep track of good habits.

Easy Diets: Unimportant Elements

Here is a list of topics that I figure to be unimportant to losing weight or cutting while still staying healthy on an easy diet.

- Excessive cardio
- Protein spread throughout the day
- Minimal alcohol intake
- Minimal junk food intake(although you still shouldn't consume too much)

These topics are listed so that it can make it easier for people who think its impossible to stop eating what they love to eat too quickly. Essentially, a person can still do all of these things and still lose weight while staying healthy and easily on the diet by a marginal amount. Anyone can do this and still be healthy if the amount of healthy food intake is much greater than the junk food or alcohol intake during the week. Good eating habits + exercise + common sense = lose weight, which is the goal. Well actually, keeping off the lost weight is the goal :)

Losing weight can be easy if people just put their mind to it. Following the guidelines from my previous post (Easy Diets: Losing Weight Quick and Easy Part 1), it is almost guaranteed as long as we stick to good habits. Losing weight and staying healthy will be a little difficult at first, but the more you do it - the easier it gets.Remember that failure comes from doubt, so do not doubt yourself and stay positive. Most easy diets mess up your body, but this is the REAL easy diet.

Easy Diets: Losing Weight Incorporated with Mental Help

- Do not fret if you do not see anything changes immediately(1-2 weeks) you just have to lose more body fat to see the results in your workouts. This easy diet won't be so easy if you keep worrying for your body.

- Sometimes worrying about the look of your physique will stress your mind. If you are trying to see results, try to do it right after your workout. Many things like the water in your body and a person's mentality may decrease your morale.

- Cheat days are essential towards the stability of your mind. This is what makes an easy diet. Especially at the beginning, cheat days can make your mind feel at ease with all the strenuous workouts or if the "diet" is a little hard to keep up. Losing weight and staying healthy might be difficult at first, but this will help tremendously.

- Try not to see losing weight as a big factor. This is hard to say, especially since this is an easy diet. While losing weight, your mind will be thinking about it day in and day out and this is a problem if you're trying to keep focus on staying healthy at the same time. After the first 21 - 24 days, it may feel like a natural thing you are doing and you probably will not be thinking much about it at all.

Easy Diets: Losing Weight while Bulking Up

I know most of you are asking, " What? Why would I want to gain weight?" Some people want to gain lean muscle mass while keeping the gain of fat low. Try to keep the same diet/guidelines as Easy Diets: losing weight quick and easy: part 1 but increase the amount of calories you intake by around 300-600 and check if you have any muscle/weight gains within a month or two. Remember to keep yourself sane with cheat days or a little snack here and there while losing while and staying healthy.

So that's the end of the three part guide on how to lose weight quick and easy all in an easy diet. It's much easier or much more simple than other guides that I have seen. Keeping focus at the goal at hand is the key to losing weight and staying healthy. It might be hard at the start but with a lot of persistence you'll achieve results leaps and bounds ahead of the goals you originally had. With fattening food all around us, I hope this will help you to lose weight and stay sane being healthy. This easy diet IS easy, just train yourself for good habits

Easy Diets: Staying Healthy on the Go

Easy Diets: Staying Healthy in College

Time spent at college is about a fast and busy life which is detrimental to our health; hard to live by when trying to go for easy diets. Living on the go, health isn't always the first and most important choice. Healthy choices are also sometimes considered expensive, money that a college student wants to save. Fast food is almost always the first choice since its cheap and is available in our just outside of campus, but most of you already know that this isn't the best healthy option out there. I recommend to try to stop eating out often and try to make some homemade meals, such as a BLT sandwich or salad with some tuna and vinaigrette. For those college students who are looking for a more... meaty and still healthy meal. Try to obtain rotisserie chicken from your local market and eat the breast without the skin, you can even mix this in your salad. A bag of salad and one rotisserie chicken can last you for two or three days, saving you some money and a stomachache from fast food. My personal preference for a cheap meal which can conquer my fast food cravings is a nice tuna and mayo sandwich and a glass of water or lemonade. I do not recommend to go on an easy diet while in college, since life is so hectic - you might lose control of your nutrition and plummet.

Easy Diets: Staying Healthy and Light Cardio for a Busy Life

One of the most important ingredients for this type of lifestyle are eggs. More specifically, egg whites. They contain a ton of protein and although they can't stop cravings by themselves, if mixed in with other foods like a biscuit and some sausage on the side, they can be the most vital ingredient to your meals. Egg whites are also essential if you're trying to lose weight, eggs are cheap, you can use the egg yolk for your cheat day to bake a cake or a few cupcakes, are nutritional, and did I mention cheap?

Most college students do not have much time to keep their body in the best physique and health, so I recommend a light jog for 30 minutes, three or four times a week. This will help your cardiovascular health and also keep the pounds off, unless you're doing some excessive eating. They can even lose weight in the midst of it, just following some pointers from my previous post on Easy Diets: Losing Weight Quick and Easy. Try not to eat after 10PM, most of time it will activate binge eating, which is what you don't want if you're trying to lose weight. Thanks for reading this post about Easy Diets, Staying Healthy and Losing Weight in College.
