Protein Shake Diet Plan

The protein shake diet plan, consists of using protein shakes for most of your protein intake. This means making and using protein shakes three times per day, in between your main meals. The protein shake diet plan that is regularly used consists of consuming protein to match the amount you weigh. So if you weigh 160lbs, you intake 160g worth of protein. This can be sort of difficult at first since its so much powder, so don't force yourself - ease your way in.

In my personal version of protein shake diet plan, I eased myself in by taking in 40-60g of protein at first and gradually raised it until I hit my weight/protein ratio. Make sure to get a flavor that you'll love. I like to order chocolate since when I mix it with fat free/skim milk, it tastes pretty close to chocolate milk. My second choice would be strawberry, it's pretty good with skim milk. Last flavor I would choose would be vanilla, I personally think its absolutely disgusting. Bought one vanilla flavored protein shake to try it out, ended up not using all of it, just gave it to a close relative.

Breaking it down, a protein shake diet plan should look like this.

- Balanced breakfast
1 or 2 hours later
- Protein shake
1 or 2 hours later
- Lunch
1 or 2 hours later
- Protein shake
1 or 2 hours later
- Dinner
1 or 2 hours later
- Protein shake

Try to divide your protein shakes evenly throughout the day. If you're going for 60g of protein intake, divide by three, which would give you 20g protein per serving. This is a great way to build some lean muscle and help you lose weight. Remember to insert exercise and cardio during the "1-2 hours later" sections

Slimming Plans

There are people out there that was to obtain some sort of slimming plans. Basically most of us who want to lose weight want to find a plan, a plan that is right for every one of us - individually. As we know, everyone is different. Some of us may lose weight faster than others, some might even gain weight during the first month or so. All in all, we need to realize that progress is progress, even if its a short weight gain during the first month or finally getting used to the reduced calories in your diet. So I'm talking about a slimming diet and I'm sure some of you want to know what's my plan? Well I eat under 2000 calories per day, I run 2-4 times per week, and I try to work out when I can. It was hard for me to stick to my diet, which consists mostly of lean meat, tuna, and eggs. I do have a lot of cheat days, sometimes more than twice per week - I do feel guilty about it at times, but I do not want to go insane. Some of you might take a different route and join a gym and that is perfectly fine, they will lead you to success, but you will lose money out of it.

A lot of people have already lost money due to trying to lose weight. I'm trying to show a way to lose weight while keeping your pockets full. This means, no memberships or fees for tips or advice. I consider different types of diets as types of slimming plans. If that's what you're looking for, stick around and I'll list some great alternatives and diets.

Working out is hard at first. Some of you might even feel like throwing up during the first two weeks. You might only have the ability to run half a mile before you feel fatigued, this is perfectly normal. Once you do this 2-4 times per week, you'll get better. You'll start to run 1 mile then get fatigued then run 2 or more miles and get fatigued. What's important here is that you see yourself progressing throughout this. You'll see your body get better, your lungs will not cramp as much, and your legs will become toned. This will lead you to finding the inspiration which is the most important of all other sources, belief in yourself. The best slimming plans are the ones that improve yourself.

Pearl White Slimming Capsule

I've read some posts from various forums about these Pearl White Slimming Capsule pills, saying that its helping people lose 5-10 lbs regardless of what they're doing. I say that it's BS. Are there people that are so desperate that they believe that pills can miraculously lose weight without doing? Instead of paying hundreds to thousands of dollars on weight loss pills, create a plan - a diet or a workout routine - or both. There have been many other pills with the same promises, with side effects. Some of these pills don't make it through the FDA and these pills are not approved by them yet. Side effects and your health at risk just to shed 5-10 pounds? You could of just jogged 3-4 times per week and got better results. Even if you do lose weight with these pills, you have to keep buying the pills to keep off the weight - a major downside.

I know that there are many people out there that are looking for the FASTEST way to lose weight, but surely, these pearl white slimming capsule pills won't be cutting it. Just read my previous posts about maintaining your lost weight and how to lose those pounds in a more effective and healthy way. Remember, don't trust Pearl White Slimming Capsule pills or any other, trust yourself and your dedication to lose weight.

Naturally Healthy Diet

Naturally Healthy Diet - what is it?

A naturally healthy diet is basically organic healthy food. So you buy your food at Whole Foods or any grocery that has food labeled organic. These foods are made with certain specifications. There are no use of insecticides or chemical products and IF they are used, they are used as a last resort. These foods and the way they were produced are great for the environment. There is no risk of using the insecticides and having them reduce soil quality. They also produce less waste when compared to regular farms.

Now we know that a naturally healthy diet can be great for the environment, now are they good for you? There is no evidence that there is a difference in nutritional value between organic or conventional foods. But one thing is different, the taste. Apples are sweeter and more firm when produced naturally. Now on a naturally healthy diet, you just eat organic foods and that is it.

The way you approach a naturally healthy diet is up your preference. If you're just trying to live a healthy life, just follow the food pyramid and use organic foods for all of the sections. If you're trying to lose weight, then you would apply the same plans as you would before - except with organic foods. Eating organic may be a little bit more expensive, but it can keep your mind at ease knowing that you're doing your part to help our environment. A naturally healthy diet is great for anyone and it doesn't mean that you have to lose weight with it, just eat more healthily.

Diet Health and Sports

So how do you retain diet health and sports together? You need to maintain a high protein intake and reduce your calorie intake by 200-500. For men, usually 1500 calories a day is fine and you'll lose about 1 pound per week. Now when you include sports into the picture, it becomes totally different. You might be able to lose about 2-4 pounds per week because you're always doing hard cardio and strength exercises to maintain your physique. In the cases that you are still on your diet to lose weight, you should increase the amount of calories you intake by just a little bit, just in case your body is not used to the load.

Diet health and sports are terms that go together well. No matter what you do, you'll end up losing weight and staying fit. Just be sure to drink a lot of fluids to protect yourself from dehydration. Another tip would be to buy some protein shakes and use it three times per day, usually 2 or 3 hours after you've eaten or after a run and a strength training workout. You do not have to run three to four times per week if you're playing sports... because you're already doing that while staying active. Over time you'll notice your physique get better. You'll be able to run more miles without getting fatigued - you'll be over to pump heaver weights, do more reps.

If you think its a hassle to run every week, just ask your friends to go out and play some basketball or football during the weekend. Make sure when you play, you play hard. Use every single ounce of effort, you'll notice huge gains in a months time. When you're taking in the protein shakes, try to make every gram of protein with your weight in pounds. This will accelerate your body in building lean muscle mass, which is what people on diets want. Diet health and sports, nothing can be a better fit.

Carbohydrate Diet Recipes

Carbohydrate Diet Recipes - WHAT?

There are different ways to approach a diet full of carbohydrates. You can take the bottom of the food pyramid and eat foods that contain mostly grains and wheat. Rice is also a big part of carbohydrate diet recipes.

Make some fried rice, enough to last a whole day. This will fulfill the carbohydrates you want from the recipe

what I use is

- any kind of meat you want to add
- white or brown rice
- soy sauce
- olive oil
- any vegetables you want to add

add the olive oil to the pan, heat it up for about 3 minutes. Add the vegetables and cook until they are soft. Add the meat until its the way you prefer. Then add the rice, and cook for about 10 minutes, then add the soy sauce and toss and turn so that the soy sauce is evenly distributed.

The reason for this post on carbohydrate diet recipes is because some people want to intake a certain amount of carbohydrates. This isn't actually to lose weight - it's just something special for certain people who like to measure their carbohydrate intake. Regardless, there will be more recipes. I know that this recipe is too simple, but it's exactly the type of recipe for this site, easy diets.

There are many other carbohydrate diet recipes to show, I'm trying to detail on recipes that are simple and easy to make. Since this site is about easy diets, i'll try to include easy to make recipes. I'll try to lean towards people that are working and on the go. Thanks for reading this post about carbohydrate diet recipes.

Easy to Follow Diet

Easy to Follow Diet - is there such a thing?

Diets are hard to follow and lets face it, hard to endure. We face the difficulties of having to deal with life and at the same time - trying to deal with plans to coordinate our diets. Diets should follow your particular lifestyle and an easy to follow diet would have to be natural and forgiving. Diets alone can only do so much and I recommend to incorporate exercise in your plans. A light run or alternative cardiovascular exercise will suffice and will help tremendously if you're trying to lose weight - which is the point of dieting.

An easy to follow diet is just that, easy to follow. Now let's see what we can do to help provide an outline for a diet such as this. Firstly, try to incorporate the food pyramid into the diet then adjust and balance it for your lifestyle. Try to intake your carbohydrate rich foods in the morning, so intake your toast, rice, toaster stroodles - whatever that is full of oats and whole grains. Increase your protein intake! This means that you should eat more tuna, chicken breast, and fish. Try to stay away from fried foods, but this doesn't mean that you cannot eat it at all, just reduce the amount you eat and your diet should be just fine. That's pretty much it! Just try to add running or jogging for 30 minutes 2-4 times per week and you should have a great plan.

So to outline what I have just went over
- Try to incorporate the food pyramid into your plan.
- Eat your carbohydrate rich foods in the morning for an energy boost.
- Increase your protein intake! This is very important if you're trying to lose weight.
- Use common sense, don't over eat on fatty food and try not to eat so much fast food. Duh!

There you go, an easy to follow diet that is easily incorporated into anyone's lifestyle.
